IMPACT is a Special Interest Community embedded within Otis Residence Life and Housing. Within the span of a full academic-year, IMPACT will support Otis students with the transition to college in Los Angeles through 6 tactful perspectives; Inclusion, Mindfulness, Professional Development, Academic Excellence, Creative Service, and Transformation. Students participating in IMPACT will engage in workshops, field trips, community service, and guest speaker sessions tailored to the 6 IMPACT perspectives.

Mission
Team International Student Outreach (TISOs) serve as devoted peer mentors for first year foundation students who are studying internationally. They are leaders during International Student Orientation, and continue to support new international students throughout the academic year. TISOs represent Otis College by developing, facilitating, and participating in international, cross-cultural, diverse, and inclusive programming.

Their mission is to create a supportive community of students, international and domestic, that feels like a family here at Otis College- breaking cultural barriers by promoting friendships through open communication and fun group events.
